Information Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
The Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK" for short) came into force after being published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.
Within the scope of this law, as Tacticbook (hereinafter referred to as "Academy"); We attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data and try to take the highest level of security measures possible to process and preserve this data. We process your personal data within the scope of KVKK and relevant legal legislation and in our capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.
Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data, ("Information Text") In accordance with the article titled "Information Obligation of the Data Controller" in Article 10 of the KVKK; It has been prepared to inform you in the most transparent way about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, the purpose for which this data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, the data processing period and what your rights are listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. The explanations made for your personal data in this information text also include your special personal data.
1. DEFINITIONS
Personal Data: Any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which came into force by being published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,
Data Processor: Real or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller,
Data Controller: Refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

2. DATA CONTROLLER IDENTITY
According to the KVKK, "Data Controller" refers to the real or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. In accordance with the KVKK, the addressee data controller is Tacticbook.
3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Although your personal data may vary depending on your relationship with our Association; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, through our Association, its branches and affiliated units, website, social media channels, telephone, e-mail and similar means.
Within the scope of the purposes and conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, we are able to provide better service to you, our association members, donors and all other stakeholders, to provide scholarships to people who request it, to produce projects about Down Syndrome, to organize events, to prepare family support projects and to do this. It is processed in order to implement projects, to provide training within the scope of the DÖDEM (Natural Teaching-Based Early Intervention Program for Parents of Children with Down Syndrome) project, to share these training materials with universities when deemed necessary, and to achieve other objectives written in the statute of our association.
4. PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles envisaged in the KVKK and within the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, will be transferred by our Association to our project partners, intermediary organizations and suppliers serving our Association, legally authorized public institutions, legal entities, for the purposes stated above. It can be transferred to mandatory persons and institutions and authorized real and legal persons related to the follow-up processes.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can personally contact us regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;
To find out whether our association processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
To find out whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred
You have the rights.
Additionally, you have the right to request from our Association the correction of your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and the notification of recipients to whom your data has been or may have been transferred.
You can request our Association to destroy (delete, destroy or anonymise) your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you can request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred or may be transferred be informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your destruction request, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the circumstances of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we chose the destruction method we chose.
You may object to the results of your personal data analysis, which were generated exclusively using an automated system, if these results are contrary to your interests.
If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage.
Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Academy, the fee specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
For matters regarding the processing of your personal data, you must submit your application to our Association in writing or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified us and is in our records. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, the Academy may request additional verifications in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus to protect your rights.

Validity of the contract
To shop from the Tacticbook (referred to as "Tacticbook" in this agreement) virtual store, a user account and password must be obtained on the virtual store by filling out the membership registration form. (Real or legal persons who fill out the Tacticbook registration form and obtain a password will be referred to as "members" in this agreement.)
The member is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the Tacticbook agreement from the moment he/she successfully completes the membership process and receives any service or places an order using this system.
Description of Services
Tacticbook offers various online communication services (voting, printing gift notes, commenting and recommending, requesting announcements, requesting promotional notifications, etc.) and electronic shopping opportunities to its members who approve the contract.
Virtual Store Membership System
- The member has a "password" that he/she determines in the Tacticbook virtual store.
- The e-mail address given during registration is specific to the member and has the opportunity to create a single membership; You cannot have two different memberships with the same e-mail address.
- "Password" is known only by the member and he can change his password at any time. The selection and protection of the password is entirely the responsibility of the member. Tacticbook is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from the use of passwords.
- In order for the Member to connect to services that require Tacticbook membership; You must enter your e-mail address and password during registration. This process is defined as "logging in" to Tacticbook.
Member's Obligations
- While the member is using Tacticbook services, the information in the registration form is correct and that in cases where this information is required (such as forgetting a password), the member will be held responsible for any damages that may arise from the information being incorrect or incomplete, and in such cases, the membership may be terminated.
- The copyright of the services and software provided by Tacticbook belongs to Tacticbook, that it will not reproduce or distribute these software in any way, that it is the responsibility of the personal ideas, thoughts, expressions, added files and personal information sent when using Tacticbook services, and that Tacticbook is responsible for these files. that it cannot be held responsible in any way, and that the obligation to cover all damages that may occur as a result of such situations belongs to the member,
- Tacticbook will not be responsible for information messages and files that are lost, received incompletely, or delivered to the wrong address during the use of its services,
- To access the services offered on Tacticbook in the manner determined by Tacticbook, not to access the software without authorization, not to change the software in any way, not to use those that are obviously modified, and to pay all material and moral damages that Tacticbook may suffer in cases of non-compliance with the mentioned articles,
- Tacticbook will not be responsible for any damages that may occur due to member data being read by unauthorized persons,
- Not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages that are contrary to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements,
- Correspondence, subject headings and nicknames to be added to the environment must comply with general morality, etiquette and legal rules, Not to act in a way that will affect other users' use of the service,
- Not to publish, print or distribute material or information that defames the names of persons or institutions, is in violation of morality, is indecent or illegal,
- Not to advertise, not to sell or offer to sell any goods or services, not to engage in surveys, contests or chain letter activities,
- Not to send information or programs that may damage the information or software on other users' computers,
- Any records or materials obtained using Tacticbook services are entirely within the consent of the member, the user is fully responsible for any malfunctions in his/her computer, loss of information and other losses, and does not claim compensation from Tacticbook for any damages he may incur due to the use of the service. ,
- Not to use Tacticbook services for commercial or advertising purposes without permission from Tacticbook,
- Tacticbook can monitor the entire system at any time or continuously,
- If the member violates the rules, Tacticbook has the right to take necessary interventions, exclude the member from the service and terminate the membership,
- Tacticbook may use its own system for commercial purposes,
- Not to post information that is prohibited by law and not to distribute unauthorized mail such as chain mail, software viruses (etc.),
- Not to record or misuse personal information belonging to others,
- The member is personally responsible for all transactions he/she carries out with the e-mail address specified during registration,
- The Member, if requested during the delivery of the goods he/she has made, must show a valid ID card, allow the relevant identification information to be recorded and sign at the relevant places. If they do not sign, the product may not be delivered to them.
- If the product is received by another person; The person who receives the product accepts and undertakes that he/she has to sign a document that the person who delivered the product to him on behalf of Tacticbook "certifies that he knows the person who sent the product to him", and that if the document is not signed, the product may not be delivered and therefore the order will be deemed not fulfilled.
Tacticbook may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time. It will not have any liability towards its members or third parties due to the temporary suspension or complete discontinuation of the system.
The e-mail address and password entered by the member during registration will be displayed and confirmed after filling in the application fields that will be presented to the customer by Tacticbook. Members who have filled in all fields or are connecting even though they have a password can be prevented from having a new password or using their passwords indefinitely.
Tacticbook does not undertake that its services will be provided on time, safely and error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate and reliable, and that the service quality will meet the expectations.
Tacticbook produces information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. that it produces and/or purchases from outside. owns the copyrights arising from ownership and ownership of the works.
Tacticbook may not deliver products that do not have stock, may cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer account.
By displaying the products in the virtual store, Tacticbook does not guarantee that the products are in stock.
Tacticbook contains information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. that its members produce and voluntarily upload to the system to be published (e.g. messages, poems, news, files added to the board). He/she has the right to publish the works and/or move them to another address deemed appropriate within the site. It is possible that this published information may be copied and/or published by other users. In these cases, the member will not request any royalties from the Tacticbook virtual store.
Tacticbook uses the personal information transmitted by the member to content providers and web services users for necessary communication, promotion, goods delivery, advertising, etc. It is fully authorized to use it for commercial purposes.
Tacticbook may support companies that have products in its virtual store to carry out all kinds of advertising and promotional activities for the customer, using the information of its members, or carry out these activities itself, without the customer's approval.
Tacticbook has the obligation to change the price and product feature information of the products it offers for sale. If an error occurs in the price and product feature information, Tacticbook may deliver the product to correct the error or cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer account.
Tacticbook may enable the member to navigate to other websites. In this case, the member accepts that Tacticbook is not responsible for the content of the sites to which he/she will navigate. Tacticbook may make changes in the application of this agreement, as well as change existing articles or add new articles, in order to comply with future technical requirements and legislation. In this case, in order for the member to benefit from the services, he must approve the contract changes by clicking the relevant button.
Tacticbook may, over time, convert services that do not require membership to ones that require membership, open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid services.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
Members accept that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale purposes.
Taxation
Transactions arising from all legal changes outside the scope of this agreement are outside the responsibility of Tacticbook and are reflected in the agreement exactly.
Product Delivery
During the product delivery process by cargo, if the member cannot be found at the address specified in the system, a visit note is left to the member by the cargo personnel. If the member calls within three days, delivery is made to the same address for a fee. If the member does not call within three days, the product order is deemed not to have been placed. However, even in this case, the money will be refunded to the customer after the shipping fee is deducted from the customer's credit card account.
Product Return
- The consumer has the right to return the product subject to the contract within 7 days from the delivery to himself or to the person at the address indicated.
- In order for the product to be returned by our company, the product packaging and box contents must be undamaged and the product must be in a new, resalable condition.
- It is mandatory to return the original cargo delivery receipt and sales invoice and the second copy on the cargo package.
- Tacticbook initiates the necessary procedures to refund the product price to the customer's credit card within 7 days following the receipt of these documents.
- Tacticbook is not responsible for any problems caused by the bank in the refund of the product price.
- In order for the refund to take place, the return form must be filled out completely.
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature; Exercising the right of return for disposable products is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, intact and the product is unused.
- Consumer law provisions apply regarding product returns.
- In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Member shall not raise any objection to the Tacticbook records stating that Tacticbook's book records, microfilm, microfiche and computer records will constitute valid, binding, definitive and exclusive evidence within the meaning of HUMK Article 287 and that this article is in the nature of an evidentiary contract, and shall not submit any objection to their procedures. He/she accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she waives in advance his/her right to offer an oath that it is considered appropriate.

Applicable Provisions
In case of any disputes that may arise regarding this contract, the provisions in this contract will be applied first, and in cases where there is no provision, Turkish Laws (BK, TTK, HUMK, MK, etc.) will be applied.
Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices
Eskişehir Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
Force
This agreement enters into force indefinitely between the parties as soon as the member fills out the registration form, receives service using the system or places an order.
Dissolution
Tacticbook may terminate this agreement at any time.
